This weekend I am speaking at the Chicago Seminars so if you have not had a chance to say “hi” yet please do before I speak about becoming a Frequent Floater. But first a review of the week that was:

Is Ecuador a safe place to visit on a cruise ship? What are the things we all should keep in mind, not just for this stop, but every place we visit i.e. wise advice from Michael.

Cruise ship city stops have a new plan to cash in on us, that is, the “plague of locusts” they call us. Rather than block ships they are jumping fees to visit the city by a ton like almost 40%!

One of the best tours you can take when on a cruise ship is the insider tour of the ship to see what makes all the things you see face to face work. Our man onboard, ThatGuy has a great review.

Are you worried about Bird Flu? Should you be? Check this out from Michael.

While Amazon Prime day 2.0 may be over there are still some sweet deals we can still grab. Check out the neat travel stuff I picked up this week.

Lastly Chris has a review of a remarkable and amazing card offer that I can not get (because I already have the card). I would jump on this in a second if I could. You need to check it out!.

Have a great weekend dear readers and if you are not in Chicago this weekend it is because you are on a ship as we speak! – Rene
