Here are possibly two more chances to get some oversized value for your Delta SkyMiles (SkyPennies as I call them). The funny part of this is there is little chance you can get any decent value from your Delta points to fly to and from the starting and ending port cities so use other points to accomplish that! Here are the details on each of them (<-LINK):

For now the starting bids are very low and due to how far away each of these are my guess is they will go for a very low price (maybe around 100,000 SkyMiles?). If I guess right you are getting north of 3 cents per SkyMile in value and that in 2023 is stunning!

It seems like with all these cruise auctions, from reading the T&C posted, all taxes and normally high port fees and such ARE included so depending on the bids this could be a very good deal in what looks like two different amazing cruises.

What is NOT included is the daily per-person tips for workers on the ship so it will add $15 per person per day on top of your winning bid in Skymiles. Also notice that this does NOT include adult beverages and without a daily plan that can be very expensive if you have a number of drinks per day. Airfare is NOT covered as part of the auction so you will have to get yourself to and from departure city and home again after the cruise.

You will want to arrive at least 1 day early to the departure port as the ship will leave without you if you do not make it to the ship in time! – René

  1. Nice offers but those far destinations are likely to require much more miles + cash to get to and from. But can be a nice vacation if someone can use those.
