Can you believe that as of right now half, yes half, of 2023 is over. I already have two cruises booked for 2024 and am looking at one or two more since I am a Frequent Floater after all. Before that happens let’s look at the week that was.
- Chris has an amazing post that there are, get this, ten card offers of at least 100,000 points each to go for. When I think back “in the day” we would hurl ourselves at any 100k offer and now there are many to pick from. Impressive
- Don’t let Spain fool you into thinking that their new cruise port, coming on line in 2024, is going to be a good thing. It is going to cost us time and money. Here is the review.
- If you are going to cruise out of Seward Alaska you are likely going to visit Anchorage on the way. One option is the Hilton Alaska and I have a review of what to expect.
- ThatGuy onboard shares just how crew are paid. He has worked so long that he remembers the day they were paid in CASH! Check out his informative post.
- Lastly this week MJ has a review of the new simply massive and HUGE coming new Utopia of the Seas from Royal Caribbean. What an amazing ship.
I hope you have a safe holiday weekend and your travels are smooth sailing from home to wherever you are going! – René
