Is winter FINALY over yet? I mean ridiculous snows, ICE storms and winds strong enough to rate as a hurricane? I am ready for spring and it begins in just a few days! This was also a very busy week on the blog. Take a look:
- There is no question that specialty restaurants on cruise ships are nice. If you look at my post this week please do not do so if you are hungry. But they are also costly depending on how you pay for them.
- Royal Caribbean has implemented some changes to their elite program. Our resident RCI guy MJ has his take on if they are good for you or bad for you.
- Despite the fact that I am from Sweden I have never ever seen the northern lights. I want to one day and Mark West’s cruise shots simply look amazing!
- Shrikflation has hit Norwegian Cruise lines food size. I really am OK with the changes and even would not mind a few more. Readers gave their input and were NOT thrilled with my suggestions!
- Lastly Chris once again has a brilliant post about travel cards for us Frequent Floaters to pay for hotel night before we sail and the offers may not last long so check them out.
I hope wherever you are it is warm, the sea is calm, the ocean is free of seaweed and a cool frozen beverage is close at hand! – Rene
