  1. I think the cruise ships should not stop in Spain and let them keep their 21% VAT tax to themselves…. What an abuse of tourists who have paid for their VAcay months before this went into effect.. Greedy Spain… hope it backfires on them or they move the boat to international waters to serve food and drinks…== no tax
