I hope you had a better week than me. I told you all last Saturday that I was sick the week before after my trip to LA. Well this past week it developed into Bronchitis – not fun but I am doing better at last. Gosh, I wish I had worn an N95 when flying. Ah well let’s review the rest of the week that was.

Would you pay $500 for an 11 day cruise for two with even port taxes and more included? That is the bid (in Delta SkyPennies) right now for an amazing cruise. I really need to beef up my SkyMiles balance again and there are card offers to help me do just that!

Chris has a great post about cards we both hold and got large new card offers getting them but right now they are even bigger. Take a look at what you are missing out on.

Do you ever wear camo clothing of any kind? You may look at it as a fashion statement but it can land you in real hot water in some places. I would save that look for home but there is more to consider. See if you knew these rules?

Michael has a great post on how the Middle east is vying for your cruise dollars with so much strife going on around the world. Many lines are skipping ports for safety but it is impacting the region.

Lastly, while really last week’s Sunday post, I hope you looked at the post about CBD gummies and getting a lifetime ban from a cruise line. We need to not get comfortable about rules that apply at home but not on a ship!

Have a safe weekend everyone and just think we are now only a few weeks away from 2024 and another exciting cruise season to begin! – René
