Well I really tried to fit another cruise booking in this week but no joy! Beyond that, like many of us, we picked up some sweet Prime Day deals. Take a look at the week that was:

I covered, not just how, but the value of using your once in a lifetime Diamond upgrade from Norwegian Cruise lines. I also learned the value of planning for this event as if you are more than one person crossing Diamond at the same time you could end up not using this valuable perk.

After having booked two free cruises from my Caesars Diamond match already this year I was excited to see an e-mail from Royal Caribbean for an offer to join them. But it was a sad offer and VERY limited time.

ThatGuy onboard shared the strangest things he has seen onboard after decades of working on ships. I guess nothing should surprise us in this day and age right?

Chris had a great post about how to get way more rewards when shopping at Amazon and what cards to use. I know I am finding myself buying gift cards at CVS more often than before!

Lastly, while Prime Day is over, there is still a bunch of stuff we use each time we cruise to make our experience that much better. You?

Have a great weekend everyone and please be safe with these crazy weather conditions all around the planet. Stay cool and stay hydrated! – René
