If you hold an American Express card that earns Membership Rewards® points, you may want to add one of these Amex Offers for Celebrity Cruises!

Celebrity Cruise Amex Offers

A pair of Celebrity Cruise Amex Offers are floating around out there (cruise-related pun 100% intended. 😉 ).

One offers cardholders a one-time 17,500 Membership Rewards® point bonus after spending at least $500 across one or more eligible transactions at celebritycruises.com/amex or by calling Celebrity’s US reservations office at 1-844-530-3783. You must manually enroll in this offer prior to purchase, which expires on March 31, 2023. Terms apply.

The other offers card members a one-time 35,000 Membership Rewards® point bonus after spending at least $1,000 across one or more eligible transactions at celebritycruises.com/amex or by calling 1-844-530-3783. Same things apply here: enroll in this prior to purchase, and the offer expires on March 31, 2023. Terms apply.

(You may also book through your preferred travel adviser where Celebrity Cruises is the merchant of record. You don’t want to pay the travel agent directly for this.)

Membership Rewards Points

Keep in mind those are bonus points. You’ll still earn a Membership Reward point for each eligible dollar you spend on the transaction. Say that’s $5,000. You should earn 5,000 points plus your applicable bonus.

Even if you value Membership Rewards points at just a penny each, those bonuses are like earning back $175 or $350 (respectively) in points. But Membership Rewards points can be much more valuable than that. They can be handy for booking business class airline travel, hotels, cruises, and much more.

Exclusions (or, The Fine Print)

You may already know the Dos and Don’ts when it comes to promotional offers. But just in case, here is a list of Celebrity Cruise Amex Offer exclusions:

  • International transactions
  • affiliate brands: Royal Caribbean and Silverseas
  • all onboard transactions
  • corporate sales and corporate sales gift cards
  • physical gift cards purchased online
  • e-gift cards
  • art auctions
  • the following Specialty Cruises:
    • Music & Themed
    • LGBTQ+ and VACAYA cruises
    • Tie the Knot

If you received the offer, make sure to read through the Terms and Conditions to make sure your purchase qualifies.

Happy sailing and earning!

  1. We did Celebrity Solstice out of Seattle last June. WORST CRUISE EVER!
Ship is priced low/discounted for a reason.
Friends don’t let friends cruse Celebrity unless it is a new ships. I came home covered in Mite/Bed Bug bites, wife with Covid. So few working elevators that everyone is jammed packed with people. I could go on and on and on and on and on
