My last vacation I am just back from was on a cruise ship that did not move. Well, it was an all-inclusive resort that felt a lot like a ship but the view never changed (see why ships are still better). I will blog about that trip later but first up a review of this week’s amazing posts:

  • Would you get on a cruise ship just to visit the line’s private island? MJ would tell you that you really should and it is sooooooo worth it. Take a tour and see if you agree with him!
  • ThatGuy, our man on the inside, gives you some very wise advice so you don’t end up being a guest a cruise line would rather not have back.
  • Do you like shore excursions (ok who doesn’t). If you are planning one there are a number of things to make sure you bring with you from home. Here is our list.
  • Do you have dietary restrictions? What about food allergies? How seriously do cruise lines cater to you if you have certain requirements? Here are the answers.
  • Chris does a great job of covering a card that gives real perks when it comes to Uber rides so many of us take in connection with a cruise (I will be Ubering to my next ship).

I can not believe it will be March in just a few days and I have not been on a cruise yet for 2023. Time to fix that very soon! – René
